How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
When I was in high school, I worked part-time in a Human Resources department and I loved the work. When I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology, I looked for jobs related to Human Resources. I started as a Recruiter and loved the process of helping people find careers that they would love to do.
