In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I manage large projects funded by federal organizations for Verizon. Meaning, I make sure team members are staying on task within scope of our most immediate project milestones and our project timeline. I focus on meeting the goals per the project timeline, keeping everyone on my team on task with priorities of work, and ensuring we stay within our budget. Managing operations day to day to deliver complete solutions to all our Federal partners/customers.
