What are some job recommendations for very outgoing individuals ?
I love to collaborate with others on creative projects (but don't love the monotonous, detail-oriented requirements of project management, for example). I also love critical thinking and want something that will challenge me everyday. Currently in marketing and very bored. Don't have any one particular passion but pretty curious and am open to learning anything!

I would say if you're in marketing, there would be a natural segue into sales, recruiting, training or something that's more customer-facing. Marketing is a good background to have and should be a good stepping-stone to other fields. In most companies, you will be a part of a larger team and will have the chance to collaborate and learn from each other.

Check out Product Marketing - I find it to be a bit more strategic than other marketing roles. As a product marketer, I put together the go-to-market strategy for my product (how we market and sell our product) and collaborate very closely with other teams, like Creative, Demand Generation, etc to execute the plan. I'm able to be strategic and work on creative projects without getting stuck in the weeds. You'll be solving challenges constantly (due to changing market landscapes, new competitors, etc) and this type of role might be easier for you to explore as a marketer already than pivoting in an entirely different direction. It would be easier to advise you on this if I knew you, but I am happy to share some advice for you. Realistically, there is down time or unwanted challenges in any career, so this is an interesting question. Nothing is 100% exciting all the time, however, there are some fields of work to consider.
Your first step would be to make a list of everything about your current career in Marketing that bores you, then try to avoid careers that require those things. Give yourself some time and you will come up with something you really love.
Consider attending Job Fairs. This would be a good way to learn of different fields of work and an opportunity to speak directly with the representatives of various fields of work. It could be inspiring. You are seeking professional and intellectual stimulation so only you can discover it for yourself.
Some careers I can think of that are not perfectly perfect all the time but would have more positive challenges, creativity and variety are Politics, Acting, Motivational Speaker, Stand Up Comedian, Radio Show Host, Airline Pilot, working for Parks and Recreation Department in Los Angeles where you live, working at Griffith Observatory, or Audience Relations for one of the professional theatres in downtown L.A..
Since you live in Los Angeles, you can explore all of these careers because big cities offer a lot. Keep in mind that transitioning from Marketing to any of these careers would require starting from scratch with various amounts of training or academic education. My advice - don't quit your marketing job until you get a different position you like better.

Although I am an introvert by nature, I have found a very rewarding career working within the catering and events industry. While there is some organization needed, many of my days are filled with visiting really cool places and helping amazing individuals feed people during highlights of their lives.

A couple of careers that come quick to mind that may fit well: customer service, public relations, sales, and training. You also mentioned that you enjoy creative projects. Advertising is a very creative career. So think about how you can match your outgoing personality with your interests. Outgoing = sales/client management role in Advertising/Marketing. When it comes to job hunting, you ought to have your soft and hard skills and emotional intelligence skills before.
