What is it like being a tractor technician for companies such as John Deere?

Laid back atmosphere, everyone gets along. Some equipment repairs can be very stressful and physically demanding. Satisfaction of job comes with completion of work.

Times are unreasonable. If you have a question on how to do something they act like it’s a huge inconvenience
And they will work you while your off the clock.
Pros
Hour lunches and they will cook on the pit for you sometimes, cool salesman
Cons
Bad management, poor work environment

Great company atmosphere. Always well organized. Always striving for continued education and advancement. Great with customers and gives back to the community well
