Hi Justin, That is such a good question to ask if you run a business - you can't be everything to all people! Understanding that you have a target audience, and getting to know more about them is a great first step. What is your customer 'persona' -- what do they like to do, what does a day in their life look like, and what types of communications channels do they use? I recommend writing these things down, and doing a little research by asking your current customers. That intel will help guide you to where and how you should expand your business. An example, if your customer lives in a certain neighborhood, maybe local signage will help drive more business, but if they are geographically dispersed but are active on social media, think about how you can advertise on the app that they use most often. I hope this helps and good luck!

Hello! There are several effective ways to expand your target audience for your mobile detailing business. Two key strategies are traditional marketing and digital marketing. By increasing your brand’s visibility both in the community and online, you can reach a larger audience.
Traditional Marketing:
1. Create flyers to post around your local area.
2. Create a loyalty program - Reward repeat customers with discounts or free upgrades.
3. Local events - Offer on-site detailing at car shows, farmers markets, or community fairs.
Digital Marketing:
1. Social media - Post regular updates, customer testimonials, and time-lapse videos of your work.
2. Professional website - Make booking easy and showcase before/after photos.
3. Social media ads - Use Facebook and Instagram ads targeting your local area.
