You have accomplished perfectly step #1. Step #2 is to make sure you excel in all your classes and assignment and make sure you achieve every milestone in learning math and English. Logic is #1 factor in achieving career goals. Once you start your Journey in college and study a major you are passionate about then there it comes looking for a job.

I applied for all the jobs that seemed like they could be even remotely interesting. I applied to museums, radio stations, accounting firms, banks just to name a few. By applying for many jobs, I got several interviews - which was interesting. At the radio station they recorded me making a public service announcement and telling a news story.
Honestly, job interviews can be a little unnerving - I was trying to project my best, most impressive self. I'm not saying it's not unnerving, but it's also a little fun. And I learned from all of the interviews. Not all of the interviews were good interviews. At one interview, the interviewer left the door open and I could hear the interview of the person in front of me - which isn't great interviewing tactic.
I was surprised by the first job I got, which was in the 401k retirement business. This job wasn't clearly related to my college degree, but college had prepared me to critically read legal documents, easily apply mathematical formulas, write clear business communications - so it was related.
