What career do Food Science Majors choose?
What have other Food Science Majors choses as careers, and are there any classes you would or would not take if you had to do it all over again?
I am also considering studying for a Masters degree after getting my Bachelor of Food Science and wonder how helpful that would be for a future career.

Hi Cassandra,
That depends on what career path you want.
If you are going to pursue a career in Research and Product Development, or Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, or Health and Functional Foods, or you are going to do research, teach in university, for sure master degree is required while professional knowledge must be fully equipped. If you will work on food related business or marketing careers, other than Food Science master degree, business-focused Master might be a better choice and helpful to your career.
Take sometime to think it through. Best wishes.
