How to find what interests me ?

I am a high school student interested in engineering and maths, but I am confused about which college major to choose. I keep joining different courses, but I still cannot find my real interest, and college applications are coming up soon. I feel stressed and unsure about what to pursue in the future. How can I choose the right engineering or math-related major, and what should I consider when making this decision?
