Check out your local library. It's a great starting point and usually free! You can also explore online resources like YouTube to learn about database analysis and discover what makes a database effective. Remember, data is essential, and you can only analyze what you gather!

Since you're studying Psychology, I suggest starting with some basic statistics. Getting to know averages, percentages, correlation, and research methods will really help you. Once you're comfortable with those, you can try using Excel or Google Sheets. After that, you might want to check out beginner-friendly tools like SPSS, Python, or Power BI. YouTube and free courses on Coursera are great resources to learn from. Begin with small projects, like looking at survey results or research data. Take your time, stay curious, and practice regularly. Your Psychology background will actually help you understand and interpret data better. Good luck!
