Hello Ronnie,

First of all you need to consider what you want to do with life and what are the PROs and CONs of whatever decision you take! Becoming a professional NFL player is not an easy task and it involves a lot of training , concentration, dedication and as any other sport - a life dedicated to sport.

Then I would say it's not only about physical strength but also a mental one - I would advise you to watch professional players and learn different tactics put extra effort on physical training and not just the regular trainings you do in school.

As an example I used to play for the local soccer team and there was this guy who was really bad however for a period of 2-3 years he was always spending additional 30-60 minutes of training with his father after each regular soccer training we had. 3 years later he was not a substitute anymore and there was this huge progress for him just because of the additional effort and dedication he has put in trainings.

Another good idea is to read inspirational books of your favorite players/characters. Learn more about what were their challenges in life and how they have went through them. Don't think it's an easy task and that famous players don't have problems.

Above all - find the inspiration within yourself and this is what you love and what you have dreamt of then you would get it!

Good luck, Ronnie!

You need to train hard and eat right. Of course, it is going to start with your school team and transition to your college/university team. Hopefully, talent scouts would select you to join NFL.
