[closed] Is there an efficient way of managing to eat better so that you can put your best foot forward in a business office?

Hello,

I have been eating better in order to keep myself in shape and to have more energy overall. I would like to save some time because I have noticed that it takes me much time to analyze labels and scan them into my fitnesspal app. In addition, there has to be something that I am doing in order to spend more time preparing veggies and fruits. Does anyone have any ideas about how to prepare raw and healthy food faster? For those of us who want a make a greater life change, we would like to know how to save some time and mental energy from cooking. Do I just keep on cooking so I get better?

Thank you so much for your time and your suggestions! #management #nutrition #physical-fitness #wellness #efficiency

This is a challenging one! In order to eat better, there are a few key guidelines: 1) Eat more fresh, less processed / prepared foods, 2) Balance protein, carbs, veggies and fruits, 3) Cook for yourself as possible, 4) Exercise in some fashion, to promote "the good type" of appetite. Now the problem with this is that nearly all of these steps take time and effort. So realize that will be the case, and plan accordingly: 1) Make a meal plan, or menu, for at least a few days ahead, 2) Make one trip to the grocery store or Farmer's Market to get the ingredients, 3) When you cook meals, make enough so there's at least one portion of "left overs" for later. When you use this method, you'll build up a supply of usable cooked and healthy food that you can reheat in the microwave quickly on the days where you have little or no time or motivation. So the basic idea is: Spend some time preparing meals, with enough left-over so you can use them again later with little effort. This is the best method I've found! And if you want more info about eating and living healthy, I have a pretty nerdy and detailed blog on it here: http://nutritix.blogspot.com/.
