Walt’s Answer

When you interview for a job, and the job is listed as entry level or junior level (0-2 years), then the people who are interviewing you will understand that you are fresh out of college and not experienced in the industry. They will start from there when interviewing. The important things are that you are enthusiastic about the job and the company, that you research the company and know something about what they are doing and where they are going in the future, and that you can tell good, positive stories about the things you did in college, how you contributed to those college projects, and any stuff you are doing on your own to learn more and keep up with evolving technology.

Be confident, smile, and show them that you are eager to learn and grow. It goes a long way.

Good luck!
