WHAT ARE FEW FREE ONLINE COURSES OR EXTRACURRICULARS THAT COLLEGES WOULD LIKE TO SEE AND LINKS TO THEM PLEASE?

There are many free college-level courses available, and I commend you for seeing the often overlooked opportunity. Your challenge will be in identifying those that help define your areas of interest that support your interests, as taking the courses will help you in further defining your direction. I listed a few here, but you can find more offerings by using a search engine (such as Google or Bing) by looking for 'free online courses.'

Coursera and edX have many free online courses available. I would also visit courses offered by LinkedIn and start on building your professional profile from there. In addition, some of the more generic and useful ones are Microsoft apps - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
