I just want to emphasize that any knowledge you gain in business and technology will be super useful in your career, no matter where you end up working. In today's world of remote work, being tech-savvy is a must, and business skills are always something employers look for, whether you're just starting out or moving up the ladder. There's no such thing as a "typical day" in most jobs nowadays – you might find yourself at a desk, on the phone, meeting clients, or even out and about fixing computers, all depending on your specific job and field.

As a Data Analyst myself, I'm totally on board with Tara's suggestions and I'm chiming in with Anna to say that this is indeed a hot field right now.

In my line of work, it's beneficial to grasp some of the skills Tara pointed out for Web Developers, like SQL, Python, R programming, PBI, AIMAX, and so on. But it's not just about gathering the data. It's equally important to delve into that data, to unearth the insights it holds and forecast potential future trends. I'd also encourage you to brush up on your presentation skills. This way, you can breathe life into your data not just through visualization tools like PBI, but also through Powerpoint or other similar platforms, making it easier for executives and others to understand.

IT Consulting is another. In both of these careers you get to work on interesting business problems and understanding how technology solutions can support a business in achieving their goals.
