Hi Ja,
People usually love to share what they do and are excited when someone shows interest. Offer to buy them a coffee and show your gratitude and enthusiasm. This way, they'll probably share the most valuable insights with you.
Here's what I discovered:
1. Teamwork is really important in tech jobs.
2. There are many niche roles in tech, offering plenty of opportunities.
Wishing you all the best!

I apologize in advance if I misunderstand your question, but I’ll do my best to respond. The question presumes you have selected or identified a career path and also that you’ve had an informational interview with someone working in that career. Since I was not at your informational interview, I can’t answer the question about what you learned. However, there is no right or wrong answer. It’s completely your experience as to what you learned during the interview. I have to believe that you had something you were wondering about the career path that was finally answered during the interview. Or, that the interviewee gave you some background or tips about the career that was insightful. Either of these qualify as things you learned during the informational interview.
I hope this helps.
