Hi, good question. For maintenance mechanic or engineer like I am. Most places will supply everything. Some you need to bring in basic hand tools but I mean like 200 dollars (2023) in tools. They will supply the rest. I've worked at 3 global companies and 2 out of 3 they gave me everything. I spent maybe 20 bucks in like a tool holster. Even uniforms where provided.
