Sultan’s Answer

Hello Bailyn.

Regarding your customer's boosting.

You can do that if all this requirements are done:

1. Is your offer good?
Why I said that is because if your offer is good enough, you'll have no problem boosting your customers which will in turn bring in sales for you.

2. Do you know their pain points and desires?
By knowing their pain points, you'll know what's troubleshooting them and how you can help them.

One thing you should not do is "assume" you know their pain points because every body situation is different.

3. When you make a promise regarding your product, make sure that you deliver on the promise because people hate being lied to.

If you can follow those 3 steps, you'll have no problem boosting your customers and getting more sales.

Sultan recommends the following next steps:

To know your customer's pain points and desires, you need to make research on them because if you do not do the research first...you won't be able to get what you want.
Make sure that your offer is good because that's what will make your customers stay and love you.

Nija’s Answer

Hello Bailynn,

Your question is indeed insightful. I gather that you're an entrepreneur running your own venture. To give your business a lift, it's crucial to foster connections with diverse individuals. Make your presence felt at various events to raise awareness about your venture, and consistently share engaging content on social media platforms.

The key is to stimulate people's curiosity about your business and what it offers. Weave an intriguing narrative around your venture that compels people to support it. You need to think outside the box to devise strategies that draw in customers and increase your sales.

Amplify your business's visibility on social media networks, stimulate customer referrals, and establish a robust customer base. Experimenting with influencer partnerships can be beneficial too, as it helps you tap into a broader audience and enhances your credibility among their followers.

Consider revisiting your pricing strategy and providing discounts to encourage customers to buy more of your products. Draft a roadmap for your business, as there will always be times when you need to refresh your tactics and brainstorm innovative ideas to grow your venture.

Always carry your business cards with you. Each interaction, whether with someone new or familiar, is an opportunity to showcase your business. Remember, as the face of your business, you are its most effective advertisement.

Emma’s Answer

Hi Bailynn,

I think a good first step would be to look at your existing customers and determine how they found you. Was it word of mouth? Social media? Walk-ins? If you’re not sure, consider sending out a brief survey to ask them and make a point to send this survey out to every new customer you gain. This will help you figure out the most efficient place to concentrate your marketing efforts in order to achieve the best results. You’ll want to identify what those in marketing call a “target audience” and you’ll want to understand as much as you can about their preferences.

Some other general things that can help - building a robust online presence through a professional website, social media engagement, and online marketplaces to help you reach a wider audience. Content marketing, such as blogs and social media posts, can position you as an industry expert and attract potential customers. Offering promotions, collecting customer reviews, and utilizing email marketing can incentivize new customers to try your products or services while maintaining the loyalty of existing ones. Strong customer service, feedback collection, and consistent branding build trust and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, don't forget to network with industry professionals and explore collaborations to expand your reach. By implementing these strategies and staying adaptable to changing customer preferences, you can work toward your goal of upgrading packaging and expanding your team for your project. Hope this helps!
