Jamie’s Answer

The best place I have received career advice is from people in the field I wanted to work in. I could ask them real-life questions, how they got to where they are now, what education they had, etc. Just remember that everyone’s path and experience is different, so take the advice and apply it to your life and what works best for you. Other good resources are from career counselors at my college, my professors, students farther along in my major, and from job shadowing in the career field I was interested in. All of these are great resources that can help you figure out what you want to do and how you can get there. Good luck!
