Hello,
Every day, I have a handful of activities that I like to engage in. My schedule is always evolving, so the timing for each task remains flexible. One of my favorite practices is journaling my thoughts. You could kick off your day by jotting down your goals for the day, or you could do it before bedtime to reflect on your day's experiences.
In addition, I make sure to incorporate some form of physical activity into my daily routine. It could be an intensive workout session at the gym or a leisurely walk to stimulate blood circulation. The key is to stay active and keep moving every day.
Lastly, I dedicate at least 20 minutes each day to learning or reading something new. You could start with a smaller duration, but even reading a few pages of a book or learning a few phrases in a new language can yield significant benefits over time.

Hi Bill,
I'm not an entrepreneur, but every day I wake up at the same time, I go to bed at the same time, I turn my phone on Do Not Disturb when in bed but before sleeping, I work out every morning before I go into the office, I call my family at least once per week, and I try to do something new every week.
