what other strengths or experiences might I need for becoming an RN or a Surgeon?

I have so little of strengths I can talk to some people sometimes I don't really like talking to new people. I also love taking care of babies and older people. I have always found an interest in becoming a surgeon. But I would like to know what other strengths I need for theses two jobs that I am interested in. #registered-nurses #surgery #general-surgery

Hellos,

The strength of any individual is their tolerance and patience level.

How much you become tolerant and add patience into you it will change the graph of your life.

Thank you

Rachel’s Answer

In order to become a surgeon, you will need to excel in your pre-med classes, have a GPA of at least a 3.5 and be accepted to medical school. After 4 years of medical school and being accepted into a residency, you will need to be hard-working, have the endurance to tolerate an 80 hour work week and have the willingness to learn new information every day.
