Yallin Albury is a supervisor supporting two LiveSource centers in Garden City and Brooklyn NY. In her current role, she is a people leader for a team providing operator assistance. Her responsibilities are to motivate, engage and coach for success.

Over a 23 year career, Yallin has held several roles in the company. Yallin started in Verizon in 1998 as a part of the Toll Investigation Unit in Hempstead NY. In this unit she investigated fraudulent billing for external carrier charges. She then moved on to the Service Fulfillment Center (SFC) where she was a part of the SFC Winback team. She worked daily with customers to assist them in porting their numbers over to Verizon. During her 15 years in the SFC, she participated in a project with the Dispatch Resource Center (DRC) for a period of two years, identifying and correcting facility errors and assignments. She currently works in the Garden City LiveSource department where she has been in her current position for last six years.

Yallin has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Psychological & Development. She is married with three children and works as a parent advocate for special needs programs within the school district. She is also a member of the Pioneers and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation that identifies, inspires, prepares, and connects Latino Leaders in the community, classroom, and workforce
