When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?

My father had worked in a multinational company all this life, I think just being around him was a great education. I always ask a lot of questions which I think also helped me understand what I wanted to do 'when I grew up'. I tried to do internship type roles in what interested me to verify if I really wanted to do that for living.

What is it like when your job gets tough?

Being in the technology industry, you HAVE to be adaptable to change. Almost enjoy it. It comes very frequently and you need to be able to adjust sails quickly and often.

In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?

I manage corporate social responsibility for Latin America and manage our Global Disaster Relief.
