Ginger Jacinic

I'm currently working in Data and Intelligence Operations for the Experience arm of Electronic Arts.

Career Path: My career has been an amazing journey with twists, turns, and pivots. I started as a community organizer advocating for LGBTQ youth, moved into social work, took the leap to public policy during graduate school, dipped into technology and data right after school, dove deep into social equity for my first post-graduate school job, side stepped into energy, and then got recruited into gaming (despite not being a gamer myself).

Education: I am a licensed social worker and two of my four degrees are in social work. I also have a degree in Women's and Gender Studies and a Master's in Public Affairs (think MBA but for the public sector). I also have a certificate in Non-Profit Management.
