Did anyone ever oppose your career plans when you were young or push you in a direction you did not want to go?

Fortunately, I didn't go through that situation, on the contrary, I was encouraged by my father to become a maintenance electrician, just like he was. I was fortunate enough to have my first job in the electrical field and shortly afterwards I began my studies in the field.

What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?

Take advantage of every opportunity to acquire new knowledge, not only in your area of ​​expertise, but in the various areas that exist in the job market.

When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?

When I was a student, I already worked in the field and this helped me apply the knowledge I learned in theory into practice.

What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?

My biggest challenges were certainly my training, at a technical and higher level. To overcome them I needed a lot of effort, dedication and focus.
