What do you recommend I should start doing as a Junior in high school?
I want to attend a 4-year university and decide where to really set my goals to be successful, looking for advice.

Always do your best, so you won't look back after high school wishing you had studied more or focused harder in class. If you haven't already, try to make friends who share your academic goals. And since we're talking about goals, set some for yourself. Imagine where you want to be in 5 years and 10 years.
To help with your goals, think about what you want to do after high school. Are you interested in college? What degrees are you aiming for? Remember, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Explore what interests you and choose your path to success. There are countless opportunities waiting for you. Whether it is Verizon, CVS, Art School, Lowe's, Top Golf or St. Jude's Hospital, you can carve your own path as an advertiser, researcher, engineer, doctor, artist, lawyer, accountant, computer programmer, or teacher. Don't limit yourself to just what these places are known for; they offer many opportunities beyond their main fields.
You can do it, and I can't wait to see you shine even more in this world!

That’s a great mindset to have! As a junior, now is the perfect time to set clear goals and take action to prepare for college. Focus on keeping your GPA strong and challenging yourself with AP or honors classes if available. Start preparing for the SAT or ACT early so you have time to improve your score if needed. Get involved in extracurricular activities that you genuinely enjoy and try to take on leadership roles—colleges love to see commitment and growth. Research different universities, programs, and scholarships to find what fits your interests and goals. Also, start thinking about your college essay by reflecting on meaningful experiences that have shaped you. Most importantly, stay organized and motivated—everything you do now will set you up for success in senior year and beyond!
