As a former pharmacist, prior anesthesiology resident, and current board certified emergency room physician, I can say with confidence that your high school and undergraduate courses will have little bearing on your admission to a medical school. What is more important is that you choose courses that intrigue and stimulate your mind and challenge you. Consistent high marks throughout a breadth of different studies will show that you are resilient, have fortitude, are malleable, etc.
Truly, find something that intrigues you, commit to it so that the good grades follow and when the time comes for essay writing and interviewing for medical school be transparent and passionate and have faith this will lead to your vocation.
God bless

Most schools and health systems value well-rounded applicants. Therefore, you can take AP History if you want, not just AP chemistry, biology, or physics. The important thing is to get a strong GPA and solid test scores, while assuring you also enjoy your time as a student. It is a difficult, but necessary balance to work hard enough - but save enough time for your own well-being. Sleep, exercise, do extra-curricular activities, even if that means taking one or two fewer AP classes.
I will add that I hope you keep your mind open to other careers. Anesthesiology is great, but try to explore other areas of healthcare and medicine while pursuing your goals.
