1) It saves me a lot of time on daily tasks like writing emails, sending Teams messages, and reviewing meeting notes. I use Co-pilot to summarize email chains and revise important emails, boosting my confidence in business communication. For meeting notes, I rely on Zoom's AI companion to track key points, so I don't have to do it while listening.
2) As a PM, I often need to create articles, demos, and content for customers. AI tools help me make my language more customer-friendly.
3) It's important to grow with AI, not just worry about jobs it might replace. I keep up with AI tools from my company and use many available courses and certifications to learn more.

Critical thinking and foresight remain human strengths that AI can't replicate. Often, business leaders or customers can only describe symptoms, much like a patient who knows their foot hurts but not the cause. As Software Engineers, we must identify the real problem, develop a solution, and consider its long-term impact on the system.
