Hi Abeni
That fact that you are asking the question means to me that you are well on your way to properly managing your time.
My advice is to time block, at the beginning of the week or day, look at what you need to accomplish and estimate how much time the activity will take, studying and classes are one to schedule, but also block time for sitting and listening to music or going for a run, or going to the local cafe with friends, whatever you do to refresh yourself. Once you time block (set aside in your calendar the amount of time you need) then be very good at saying no to others who ask you to do things in that time. Setting boundaries can be difficult, but you'll thank yourself later for doing so. When I was in university, I found a groove where I did best waking early going for a run then going to classes and then studying before I would spend time with my friends in the later afternoon/evening. Find the groove that works for you and respect yourself to listen to what you do best in. My friends learned that I would say no to activities that were in the morning because I stuck to my class schedule.
More importantly, trust yourself that when you are studying you are learning. One of my lessons I learned is that I would over study because I didn't trust my brain to remember everything, I let my anxiety take over and would just keep studying the same topic over and over without really learning anything new. You'll learn how you learn ( I like to read something then hear it in class, then review it on my own), try different ways of learning (self paced, study groups, etc) and see what fits with you.
You'll do great, you already are winning!

Thank you for your question. You need to have work life balance to retain your concentration. You have to manage your time properly. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool to help, eg Google Calendar, MS Outlook, phone calendar, etc
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time every day on your assignment, projects, etc. and review the material covered in classes of the day
3. Make sure you have enough time to sleep and do some exercise
4. Allocate more time for revision before assessment
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
