Finding a profession to align with your passion can be tricky and hard to master, but it is possible to do. Take a look a what your current strenghths and weakness and compare to what you are passionate about and how that aligns to your work life. Once you have determined, then pursue by seeking employment w/your current experience skill set or enroll in a few courses that will give you the expertise and knowledge needed to pursue your desired profession. If this does no go as plan, re-assessed and set new goals and objectives. Wishing you all the best as you navigate through this self journey! GT

Hello Kushal,
Thank you for your question. You have already recieved excellent advice on many career paths.
Write all of them next to each other, then write pros and cons for each one to select the best career choice.
You will be surprised to see the result and discover your hobby and bias while doing this exercise.
I recommend you to increase your interaction with people to improve social skills, communication skills and English speaking.
You can choose the clubs in your college/university or external like toastmaster.
And Don't confuse English speaking skill with communication.
Communication skills is your end goal and English/Hindi/Marathe or non verbal (Body language/sign) are just medium to communicate your story. Practice telling your story. Practice to present yourself. Because you won't then who would do it for you.
Your communication skills are good if other person(s) can understand your message.
Don't stressed up, keep learning.
Wish you best for your future.
Regards,
Tarun Jain

You may wish to go on line to "Growth Jockey" to see eleven of the most recent, successful young entrepreneurs in India. These young men started their businesses at the age of fourteen to nineteen. Today, their businesses have successfully grown into major corporations.
The industries they cover are broad. They simply noticed a problem, developed a solution, employed on line capabilities, worked hard to identify/reach customers and flourished.
By studying how young entrepreneurs in India are able to successfully found, start and develop a business, you may be able to envision a short and long term vision that will propel you into a successful, long term entrepreneur.
At one time in my career, I operated a consulting business, with many of our clients located in India. Your country has a rich history of entrepreneurship. Learn of the successes and failures of those who have came before you. See if you can contact and interview one of the young entrepreneurial leaders in your country. Or, focused upon working for one of these leaders. Then watch, learn and act.

Kushai;
Doing a little bit of research you can see that Mumbai has many opportunities in Green Technologies. With your interest in physics, eco friendly technologies, and manufacturing check out Linked IN and other career platforms. There may be companies accepting interns or apprentices. Thus you get the best of both worlds.
You learn from experienced individuals through on-the-job training and collect a pay check.
Companies with internships, may require you to continue with college education to help them evolve green technology efficiencies and uses.
You may want to look into a couple organizations in India:
The Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP): http://www.envis.nic.in/Content/gsdp-envis.aspx Provides training for youth on green initiatives important to India
ENVIS subjects you may want to research: http://envis.nic.in/ENVIS_html/ENVISSubject/subject.html
Thank you for your question -- gave me an opportunity to see green initiatives from a world perspective. So many things that as Americans we take for granted.

Good Day Kushal!
You could follow-up with the jewelry courses because you prefer practical learning. I used to enjoy the daily physics practice of amateur astronomy, but I had a limited budget. I was interested in the stars as a lad. That was when I got involved in amateur telescope making. I ground Newtonian telescope parabolic main mirrors by hand, accurate to a millionth of an inch!
That is a precision trade, like jewelry, it involves lots of polishing. The mirror-grinding is the most accurate thing a human can do with their hands! When you get the mirrors silvered, or aluminized, you can view the heavens. When you have a 300-millimeter diameter telescope you can view galaxies billions of light-years distant!
There are plenty of web logs with a fascination for social behavior and eco-friendly transportation options. Getting your own website can facilitate this. You shall improve your conversational and social skills. No one should accept career judgementalism, because we all contribute in our own fashions. Do not overlook teaching physics, because that can be a rewarding profession by miles! Especially, if you become a PhD.! If you become a Physics Professor or a Teacher, you can help shape young minds!
GOD BLESS!

Hi Kushal,
Since you’re in Mumbai and have both a physics background and a love for hands-on learning, a great place to start is the jewelry design and manufacturing industry. The city is one of India’s biggest hubs for jewelry, with places like GIA and IGI offering practical courses, and SEEPZ giving you direct exposure to how the industry really works. It’s a field that mixes creativity with technical skills, and there’s strong demand both locally and globally.
At the same time, you can explore your interest in eco-friendly transportation and applied physics. With your JEE-level foundation, you could dive into projects around renewable energy, clean tech, or even electric vehicles — areas that are growing fast in India. This path keeps your love for physics alive while giving you space to innovate, and it could even lead to entrepreneurship without the need for a traditional MBA.
To balance things out, it’s also worth building your social and communication skills. Joining groups like Toastmasters or improv workshops in Mumbai can help you become more confident in conversations, while volunteering with NGOs gives you real insight into people and behavior. This mix of technical skills, creative exposure, and stronger social presence will set you up well for leadership roles or even starting your own venture.

Hi Kushal, I hope you're doing great. It's fantastic to hear about your interests in design, manufacturing, transportation, and more. No matter your age, internships and on-the-job training are wonderful ways to learn and explore different career paths.
What we learn in school can be different from real-world experiences, and the environment we choose can really impact us. I encourage you to try 1-2 internships and watch videos where experts share their work experiences. You can also talk to seniors from your school or city to learn about their career journeys. Wishing you all the best in your future!
