What more opportunities will be granted to me as an L&D (labor and delivery) nurse if I obtain my Bachelor's Degree?
Am I still able to specialize as an L&D nurse with only an Associate's degree in nursing? If so, will obtaining a Bachelor's degree make a significant difference in the opportunities to work in healthcare? #Spring26

You have far more opportunities as a nurse with a bachelor's degree. Your salary will be higher. You have opportunities to get advanced degrees. You can advance through leadership roles (charge nursing, clinical nurse specialist, nurse educator...). If you can possibly do it, I would strongly urge you to get your bachelors.
