How can I, if possible, ease the path to becoming an MD from Pre-Med all the way to completing Residency??
I am an incoming freshman in college and am already thinking about how I am going to be drained mentally in this path and need some advice about how it will be.

Medical school and other advanced programs can be tough, but they are definitely within reach and worth the effort. Overcoming challenges requires resilience, and you can build it by:
1. Developing healthy coping skills
2. Strengthening your social support network
3. Taking care of your physical health
4. Finding a sense of purpose
5. Boosting your self-esteem
6. Practicing positive thinking
These steps are important for reaching your goals. Remember, even if your path changes, you can keep moving forward. Wishing you all the best on your journey!
