how do I become a lawyer?

chat-bubble-icon3 answers

Hello Jenifer, First, graduate college with a bachelors degree in any field, try your hardest to get good grades. Second, take the LSAT Exam lsac.org. Third, apply to law schools of your choice. Fourth, graduate law school and take the bar exam in the state you plan to practice law. Fifth, pass the bar exam and become a lawyer. Along the way, try to get mentors and build relationships in the legal field so that you get letters of recommendation, you will need those when you apply to law school. It's best if you stay away from any criminal offenses as this is not helpful but not impossible. Stay passionate and motivated about the field. When you embark on the journey, there might be trying moments, but don't give up - its all worth it at the end, you CAN DO IT! Good luck!

Well you need to go to law school and take the LSAT. There are many good perpetrator courses offered by various companies. Most schools will look at your exam results and your grades in college. If your exam results are good, it can make up for not having the best grades in college.

The steps to becoming a lawyer are first, to complete your undergraduate degree. Second, you would need to go to a law school, which takes at least three years. Third, you would take the bar exam in the state in which you would want to practice. If you pass the exam, you would be licensed to practice law in that state. Fourth, you would need to find a job in the area of law that interests you. The legal profession has many options which include criminal work, corporate work, government, and you could also be an in-house attorney. #lawyer #legal
