How do I start an in/exterior design/real-estate company that can one day turn into a global influential brand?

Hi! My name is Xzaevia! I have a BA in Community Development and Design for Social Impact. I want to create something in this world that combines aesthetics, functionality and social impact.

I have no direct experience with your market. In a general sense, you will need mission, vision, differentiation (better, easier, less expensive, etc.). You'll also need people, strategic partnerships, and money. To become an influential global brand you will likely need to take your company public.

You're looking for inbound sales. Start a blog.

Now remember a blog isn't just supposed to be content for the sake of content. It's supposed to add value to the customer's journey.

Think of topics that are relevant to what your target audience cares about.

Great question. One path could be joining a creative design firm. I suggest you explore "Design Thinking" process. This process helps to solve problems through design. Once you know the problem, you can use various tools through this process to come up with effective solutions.

I think a good place to start is getting either direct experience with a company that already does this or does something similar to it. Getting the experience of working in the industry will not only help you make this idea more concrete (for example, knowing how you want to setup the company, if you want to do real estate or exterior design, how businesses get their brand out there, how to sell projects, etc.), but also help you understand what companies aren't doing well. By knowing what companies aren't doing well, you can make sure your company does that well!

It will take time to get there because no company becomes big overnight but through hardwork i'm sure you'll get there!
