How do start the career process when comes to finding a job?
I don't what to have a career but I want start by just being able to get money. What I want to know how do I that and get a job?

The term 'career' is what you make it! All too often people put traditional labels on what a career is, but a career is really just role or string of roles that are important to you. If your current goal is to start getting an income, I'd advise thinking about what your strengths are at this moment in time. Are you great with people and fast paced environments? Perhaps you start as a server at a restaurant or a barista at a coffee shop. If you're more interested using your hands and being outside, maybe you look for opportunities in landscaping or local municipalities work. No matter what job you start with, it will ultimately help whatever your desired career is because you will learn amazing skills along the way. After figuring out what your desired path is, you have to start applying. Go into the restaurant or coffee shop, ask for a resume or where to apply, and then prepare for the interview. If this is your first job, maybe look at locations that are positioned to new grads or high-school students so that there isn't an experience requirement. Also remember, you can do almost anything for 6 months to a year. Get your foot in where you can, start gathering an income, and then you can grow and develop from there.

People love to talk about themselves. If you reach out and state that you just want to have a conversation on how they got started or what activities should you be doing to move in the right trajectory, people will say yes and take the meeting.
