Jennifer Erickson

Hello! As Sr Director of the Dell Digital People organization, I am responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top IT talent to best serve our customers. My team strives to make Dell Digital a great place to work by growing future-ready talent, developing inspirational leaders, and improving overall employee satisfaction. I am focused on delivering best-in-class programs that enable a digital ready workforce and give team members the skills and opportunities to be their best and do their best work for our customers.

In my 20 years with Dell, I have worked in Finance, IT, and HR. I work with teams all over the world, including living in Slovakia for almost 3 years while managing a global transformation and reporting organization.

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and outdoor activities. I am married and have and have two children(Teen and young adult). My family also includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 10 chickens.
