I've worked in customer service, administrative support, teaching, government accounting/budgetary roles and private sector purchasing over the past 30 years. I've also lived overseas (mostly in the Middle East) on and off for 15 years and plan on adding many more.
I'm currently working at Verizon Wireless in Customer Care, but have also worked in Technical Support Tier 2 (2021) and the Customer Relations Support Team (2018). I also made the Directors Club in May 2018 representing the top 3% of customer service representatives nationwide.
