Wong’s Answer

You can look for mentors in places where professionals gather. You may connect with experienced people on LinkedIn, attend networking events, join business organizations, or participate in local entrepreneur and industry meetups.

You can also find mentors through your workplace, university, or alumni network. Managers, professors, and experienced colleagues are often willing to share advice if you show genuine interest in learning.

When reaching out, do not ask someone to "be your mentor" right away. Instead, you may ask thoughtful questions, request advice on a specific topic, and build a relationship over time. Mentorship often develops naturally through regular conversations.

Rebecca’s Answer

Thank you for your question. There are plenty of ways to find a mentor. Firstly, you may need to find the objective / goal what do you want to achieve. Then, you can look for a mentor that meet your need
Below are my suggestions :
1. Leverage the existing network.
2. Check if any mentorship program offered by the alumni association
3. There some online platform that offers mentorship program. This may involve some costs
4. Some professional bodies offer mentorship program for young people as well.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
