Wong’s Answer

You can meet people in places where business-minded individuals are active. This can include school clubs, startup events, online groups, LinkedIn, or local meetups. When you join these spaces and take part in discussions, you will naturally meet potential teammates.

Instead of immediately asking someone to join your business, you can start by working on small projects together. This helps you see how they communicate, handle responsibility, and solve problems. Strong teams are built through shared effort, not just shared interest.

You should also be clear about what you need. For example, do you need someone for marketing, operations, finance, or technical work? When your needs are clear, it becomes easier to find the right fit.

At the same time, you should focus on improving your own business skills. Learn the basics of business development, marketing, sales, and customer understanding. The stronger you become, the better teammates you will attract.

You can use your social media platforms to find those willing to work for you, or you can hire people from sites like Fiverr. Best of luck.

Bob’s Answer

If you are seeking development, I can assume that your product/services are meeting the needs of your clients.
Most young entrepreneurs seek people who will complement their knowledge and skills. You may want to first seek experienced business people by asking folks you know and trust to be on your Advisory Committee.
A good source for Advisors is your university. There are professors who would be pleased to assist you in developing your business. They are also a great source for students that may eventually become the partner you are seeking.
Certainly, a valued client could offer an opportunity to advise how to meet their needs, They have a vested interest to best grow your business. The caution here is to make sure this clients needs are representative of those needs common to other clients. Otherwise, you could end up with a product or services tailored to meet the needs of one client.
VIsiting a related industry trade show would offer the opportunity to listen to speakers and to meet folks with the knowledge and skills you are interested in seeking. I have gone to trade shows and asked to spend time with the writers whose magazines focus upon the areas important to me. They can become Advisors or suggest Advisors for you to pursue.
And, let's say that your product/service requires you to purchase parts or subcomponents that become integral to your offerings. They could also be Advisors to your business. They will want to learn how their products fit into your product/services so they can expand their business as well as yours.

Rebecca’s Answer

Thank you for your question. I am glad to know you would like to become an entrepreneur.
Firstly, if you look fir guidance, I suggest you can look for a mentor rather than teammates. You can find q mentor through your network, professional bodies, online platforms, etc.
On the other hand, to get become an entrepreneur, below are my suggestions :
1. Have you thought about what industry you would like to start your business, eg your hobbies, strengths, etc
2. Do some analysis on the industry, eg entry criteria, competition status, any alternative / substitutes, etc
3. Attend courses relevant to the industry abs management courses
4. Work un the industry some time to understand the business model and establish people network
5. Start tge business online first if possible
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Ruben Sandeep’s Answer

To find dedicated teammates, keep it simple:

Be clear about your vision and goals
Start with people you already trust (ex-colleagues, mentees, partners)
Attract, don’t chase—share what you’re building on LinkedIn
Test commitment first with a small project
Hire for attitude and ownership, not just skills

One committed person is better than many average ones.
