Your salary has no limits. Owning or running a restaurant as an experienced chef your reputation for results and quality ensure financial success. From a cook, to a sous chef, to an executive chef depending on operation size looking at $55,000 up. As an executive chef of a volume restaurant over say $5 million from $85 on. Go higher in sales and have leadership and business experience never look back under six figures. Owning a restaurant doesn’t guarantee you anything. Many fail quickly. Owners who are successful can achieve multi units staffing with professionals and bring in over $500,000 up. Restaurant executives for corporate public companies can exceed over $1,000,000, with bonus. So always know there isn’t a set salary and you can increase it by being the best
