What are the steps for a foreign dentist to practice dentistry in USA?

I'm a 25 years old foreign dentist practicing outside USA Knowing that I'm passionate single man & Holding a bachelor of Dental Surgery with 2 Years experience In all duties of a general Dentist.

Hello! I’m in that process right now.
1- ECE report (which are your transcripts)
2- Dentpin
3- INBDE
4- TOEFL
5- Apply to the programs. It will depend on what you want and your goals. There are multiple programs such as Advance Standing, GPR, AEGD. The programs generally last about 2-3 years. After that you are ready to practice in the US.
