Probably. I reviewed your website and I'm impressed. I am not hiring 3D modelers, however, so my opinion is kind of irrelevant.
But jobs come from relationships and not from examples of your work. You need to build relationships with people who know people who might want to hire you.
You can create a relationship by applying for a job. This is unlikely to work, however. Applying for a job is the most difficult way to create a relationship with a hiring manager. It's possible; I've done it a few times. You have to knock it out of the park though. You have to create a resume (and a website) that looks better than 99% of all other applications.
If it were me I would ask everyone I knew today at church. It's Sunday and there are lots of churches and every single church wants to help you if they can. Go to a church is my advice and ask for help from those in charge. See what they advise.
