Where can I find MBA scholarships as a minority woman and/or human being in general? I also am curious how to find scholarships for graduate programs too. Links and guidance are appreciated.

I would check the college foundation office, of the college or university that you attend.

I too am a minority woman and recently graduated with my MBA. I would first see if the school you wish to attend (or currently attend) offers scholarships. There are several that do if you’ve maintained a certain GPA, made the Dean’s list, etc. You can also check out several scholarships through Federal Student Aid (FSA) link below.
