My thought is that it would be great for you to volunteer at a humanitarian organization or a couple of them before you get yours started as you will gain valuable information about how they are running this organization and what is needed to run a organization and keep it going. Mayb you can start by participating in volunteering activities in church or other humanitarian organisation to know how they operate,how they identify the needy people, resource mobilization strategies, registration of the organisation process, regulation aspect of the organisations providing humanitarian support.
There after you will gain alot of exposure and may start by registering a community based organisation,then start by providing volunteering services like in hospitals,to the homeless people,in schools.
This will improve the operational efficiency of the CBO as it grows slowly.
I believe that would be a more better way of kick-starting a humanitarian organisation process.

I'd say use Generative AI like gemini to ask this question and explore different options such as volunteering yourself in local organisation yourself and discussing with peers. Did you validate which humanitarian aid you want to start and the need of it? It's a long and hard path so you want to surround yourself with people who have been on that journey and possibly be your mentors!
