You can always learn new skills in school and school clubs and groups as well as through the Scouts, receiving tutoring and reading about various skills . There's always volunteer work, too. But it is fun to explore new ways to develop interests so I hope that I could help with what you've asked.
There are many how-to and instructional videos on line as well as classes you can take via the internet. The way we learn is by having new experiences and doing things that interest us. Also by trying new things, we can discover what we like and what we don't like. So you have to really get out there and explore new things, meet new people who can share in the experience of learning new skills in addition to what you learn in school.

Hi there! Fundamentally, it can be hard to ask for help. But the funny thing is --- people want to help others. You need to simply start asking some people who you think have skills you want to learn for help. So, I recommend choosing a group of people you admire (maybe 5). Keep in mind that sometimes people are SUPER BUSY and it has nothing to do with YOU if they don't have time to help. That is why it is important to identify several people. Schedule time with them - ask if they can talk for 5 minutes tomorrow or next week or whatever. Ask them to mentor you because you admire them. Be prepared for what you want from them. Have a few questions ready to go (3-5). Then, when THEY HAVE TIME, ask your questions and write down the answers so you can review later and really think about their answers. Don't rush through this process or it won't be effective. Good luck to you! I love it that you want to improve your skills! This is a great indication of your character.

For those who want something more like acting, singing, or playing an instrument, YouTube is a good source of videos. There are also forums to join, and you can look into local groups of people who may be doing the same thing.
There are also courses you can take from places like Zenva, Udemy, or sometimes Humble Bundle, which offers great deals on various things!
The point is, look local or online for people doing whatever you want to learn and listen to them! Most people are also happy to help out someone wanting to learn their craft or skill and if they don't help you themselves, they'll at least give you an idea of where you can go! You can also check your local community college, as some of them occasionally offer single (or sometimes grouped) classes on different things.
