A great set of questions here. If I understand correctly, you want to be in entrereneurial environments, while helping/negotiating/creating. So you don't want to develp the businesses yourself, you want to work in that type of environment though. What I read into the question is that you feel your strengths lie in negotiating, creating, and supporting the business in some way.
En plus, you are looking for this to include a travel component.
I hope I'm reading this right.
If so, what I would do is, first of all need to identify what sectors excite you, what topics get your creativity most flowing, what are naturally interested in. Or just what you are drawn to, whether or not you can justify it. What you *like*.
From there, pathways and jobs will follow.
Then, since you are in the 10th grade, do the best you can in all your subjects, and make sure to take subjects that can feed your creativity. Don't just go for "business" stuff. Delve into history -- world history, regional histories, not just of the United States -- and geography, art, and languages. To do what I think you want to do, you will need to bring more to the table than knowledge of spreadsheets and equations that AI will soon do for us all. To problem-solve and negotiate you need to draw from a broad base of knowledge. Read widely. Biographies and memoirs, classics. Read in translation, and then in the language of your choice as soon as you can, even if you have to use the dictionary every 5 words.
Join clubs or activities that relate to these things that you like. If you want to be in entrepreneurial environments, it will be all about who you know. It doesn't have to be glamorous today -- think long term. But get into something that you like, that makes you happy to be doing.
Take advantage of every opportunity to travel already. Does your high school offer any programmes? Study abroad? Are there any study abroad students in your school? Make friends with them!
One last thing: Always look for ways you can be of help/service. People remember this.
