What can I do to accomplish my goal while still being in high school with hard classes?
I always wanted to be a cosmetologist or an aesthetician ever since I was young and I want to get my license in one of those careers. I have a chance of getting my Aesthetician license early, but I have a question; am I able to get like an internship or able to work early in that desire career when it's my second year of high school going on to my third if I do get this license early?

I am so happy to know that you are very ambitious. You will one day be a dynamic cosmetologist and aesthetician !
In your state of Arizona, you must be 16 years old to hold the cosmetology licensure. You must be 23 years old to be an aesthetician. Regardless if you have cosmetology offered in your high school, you state that you are taking demanding classes right now and I wouldn't advise mixing cosmetology with more demanding classes at the same time. Both cosmetology and aesthetician work is also demanding and very focused. I would advise completing high school and then enrolling in cosmetology or aesthetician school.
For both Aesthetician and Cosmetology, there is no "internship". You'd go straight to employment once you obtain your license. The way it works is that both fields require you to fulfill a certain amount of hours working on real customers at the school. Once you have completed your hours, you go for your license. This is not something that can be done simultaneously while being in high school. Until you graduate high school you can be involved in doing hair and make up/facials, etc. for people. Visit the theatre teacher at your school and ask if you can be on the hair and make up crew for the plays they do. You can even start a Style Group at school with other like-minded students. So even if you have to wait you can be involved with hair and makeup, etc., and focus on your grades in your academic subjects. Try not to rush things because it would only add unnecessary stress.
