Marketing skills $0 budget? What should I learn??

I am an aspiring entrepreneur building an indie project. I've launched the project (great), but I am finding that marketing and user acquisition are incredibly challenging. For any entrepreneurs or marketing strategists out here: What marketing skills do you think a solo founder should focus on learning first when they have a stunning approx. zero dollar budget? Any growth frameworks or resources you recommend getting to know early in a career?
