I have been a scientist, a manager and an executive in Biotech industry. I have managed teams of 100+ people, and launched a number of award-winning products for Life Science research and Bioprocess. As a woman in technology, immigrant, wife and mother, I probably encountered every challenge young professionals face. In all my years as a manager, my favorite part was to see the professional growth of my employees. And now, as I am transitioning from a corporate executive job to entrepreneurial world, I am looking forward to supporting others on their career paths!
