With a background of 10+years in the fields of Corporate, Sales and Executive Compensation under the Human Recources Umbrella, I excelled into the fields of pay plan designs, incentives, salary market analysis, org restructures, total compensation and retaining talent.
I absolutely love being a mentor and a supporter in addition to my compensation knowedge and analytical mind. Therefore, I have grown another passion of mine over the years - Career Coaching and Resume Writing.
I coach individuals through simple exercises and techniques so they can find the next exciting career path, build confidence and prepare for a successful job search. I have been successfully coaching clients on location and virtually so they realize and facilitate their self-growth and potential.
