How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
I had gone back to school to get my associates while serving in the Marine Corps Reserves. I started with Criminal Justice, but then switched to Information Systems and transferred to Utica College after I took a class that dealt with Cyber Security. It was a small topic in a Criminal Law class, but once I started reading and researching for a paper, I decided this was the field I wanted to go into. I was working full-time, raising my daughter and attending college as a full-time student, but each semester I felt more and more confident about my journey. Now 10+ years later I could not be happier with my career choice and with the company I work for.
